Orders are processed from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 20:00 Moscow time. Orders on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
A Customer will receive a link to payment for the goods after confirmation of the order by the manager. Payment for the order is carried out in the personal account. (Payment Methods) The order will be dispatched after payment. (Delivery)

In case the product is out of stock we provide custom tailoring service ("Сustom-made" button). The custom tailoring service is provided only after 100% advance payment and within 3 weeks from the date of the order confirmation. Custom tailoring is carried out in the standard size chart.
Fabrics’, accessories’, finishings’ replacement is available as a part of RUBAN ATELIER service. Costs for RUBAN ATELIER garments are calculated individually.
Custom tailored items can not be exchanged or returned, except for defective goods.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering.
